1. Gift Payments by Guests

2. Event Creation Fee
- Rs.20 plus GST event creation fee is non-refundable once payment is processed
- If payment is deducted but event not created due to technical error, full refund within 5 working days
3. Vendor Marketplace Bookings
- Cancellation more than 48 hours before event: 80% refund
- Cancellation 24 to 48 hours before event: 50% refund
- Cancellation within 24 hours: No refund
- Vendor no-show: Full refund within 5 working days
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email support@moiapp.in
- Include your registered phone number
- Include the transaction ID or order ID
- Describe the reason for refund
Refunds are credited to the original payment method within the stated timeline.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Payment gateway charges (2% for card transactions)
- GST on service fees
- Event creation fee once event is successfully created
