These Terms govern your use of MoiApp, operated by Thanvi Technologies Private Limited. By using MoiApp, you agree to these terms.
1. About the Service
MoiApp is a digital gift collection platform for Tamil cultural events. We provide tools for event hosts to collect gifts online and for guests to send gifts digitally.
2. User Accounts
- Valid phone number required for OTP verification
- You must be at least 18 years old
- One account per person or business entity
3. Event Creation
- First 10 events are free per account
- Additional events cost Rs.20 plus GST per event
- Event hosts are responsible for accuracy of event information
4. Payments
- UPI and Cash payments are free
- Card payments attract 2% gateway processing fee
- All payments processed by Razorpay, an RBI-licensed payment aggregator
- MoiApp does not store card details
5. Settlement Charges
- Cash gifts: No service charge
- UPI and Online gifts: 1% service fee plus 18% GST on service fee
- Card gifts: 1% service fee plus 2% gateway fee plus 18% GST on service fee
- Settlement processed within 5-7 working days of request
6. Prohibited Activities
- Creating fraudulent or fake events
- Using MoiApp for illegal fundraising or money laundering
- Sharing account credentials with others
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to jurisdiction of courts in Pudukkottai, Tamil Nadu.
