The following are delivered instantly online with no shipping:
- Event credits (added instantly to account after payment)

- PDF invoice and gift list downloads
- WhatsApp notifications and confirmations
2. Physical Products (Varisai Thattu)
For physical items ordered through the vendor marketplace:
- Delivery timeline confirmed at time of booking with vendor
- Shipping handled by the respective vendor
- Delivery area: Tamil Nadu and nearby states
- Shipping charges quoted by vendor at booking
3. Fund Settlement
Collected gift funds transferred to bank account within 5-7 working days via NEFT/IMPS.
